FAQ’s

Do you have a kids care area?

No, but kids are welcome to sit in our members’ lounge, which is inside the gym and just outside of the workout area. Very young children will need to be supervised.

Are there showers and change rooms?

Yes, showers and change rooms are available for your convenience.

How does contracts, notice and payments work?

There are no lengthy contracts – just one calendar months’ notice is needed on termination. Payments are strictly conducted via Sage Pay debit orders in advance and on the last day of the month. Pro-rata fees are worked out for mid-month starters, and payment must be made via EFT or Zapper before attending your first class.

How do I book a class?

We use a booking system called BoxChamp. All classes must be booked to ensure class numbers are small and coaching professional and efficient. No booking, no training.

Can I place my membership on hold if I have an injury?

Provided you have seen a doctor, physio, chiro or other specialist and have a legitimate injury that will take you out of training for more than a month, we will place your fees on hold for that time. Going on holiday or taking time out for less than eight weeks are not reasons to put your membership on hold.

Are you open on public holidays?
We are generally closed on ALL public holidays; however, we do try to include one morning workout on most public holidays.
Intro sessions vs private assessment?
Our intro sessions are free and recommended. You may attend the 6-6:45 am session on a Tuesday or Thursday, or you may attend one of the HiiT/Burn sessions. These can be requested via our “request more info” button.
Private assessments are charged for and are recommended for anyone that has been recovering from an injury or is new to weight training and will require extra personal attention to become familiar with the programmes. These can be booked through our “request more info” button.
